I don't use my account since three years ago and I don't remember username or password; how do I cancel my account?

Hello Jose,

Sorry for the issues leading to the need to cancel your account.  You need to contact our Customer Service team to work out any specific account cancellation.  It cannot be processed through the Support Center website.
