Hello piraisudie.devarajan,
Apologies for any confusion in regards to using FTP with your domain. When I lookup your domain using the WHOIS tool from ICANN, I'm seeing this:
clientTransferProhibited
NS-CLOUD-E1.GOOGLEDOMAINS.COM
NS-CLOUD-E2.GOOGLEDOMAINS.COM
NS-CLOUD-E3.GOOGLEDOMAINS.COM
NS-CLOUD-E4.GOOGLEDOMAINS.COM

This information indicates that the domain name servers have NOT been changed. Since the domain was registered with a third party (Google), you would need to work with them in order to change where the domain is pointing. I personally use Google Domains for some of my own domains, and you are given access to make changes to point a domain to your host of choice. If a change was made to the name servers and 24 hours have already expired for the propagation period, then you will need to work with Google Domains to determine why the change has not been applied.
If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Kindest Regards,
Arnel C.
