Need person for tech support
How can I get a hold of an actual person in your company for tech support?
I have called numerous times and emailed. I do not want online help - I want to talk to a person!!!!

Thank you for your question regarding Technical Support. Unfortunately, the only way to speak directly with one of our technicians is to call our Support hotline. Depending on current call volume, you may have to briefly wait on hold before speaking to an agent. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and request a call-back.
