I waited on hold for an hour until the line went dead. Called back and waited an hour and forty minutes to be disconnected. How do I unlock my domain without speaking to a live rep?

Thank you for your question regarding unlocking your domain. Unfortunately, the only way to have your domain name unlocked is to speak with one of our Customer Service representatives. If you are unable to contact them over the phone, I recommend emailing billing@inmotionhosting.com and requesting a call back.
