When I bring up my clients website I get this on any browser on my desktop, ecbiz263.inmotionhosting.com with my ip address. The site comes up on the phone, ipad and the laptop. What's going on?

When I bring up my clients website braseltonsafe.com, an html website. He just signed up for a dedicated IP and paid ssl certificate then I started getting this. Using FF latest version, flushed cache. Any ideas?

In that case, I'm guessing it's something like a browser extension or anti-virus software, but I have not been able to cause the behavior on my end so I can't really narrow it down. If you can't find anything that would be causing it, I'd suggest reaching out to our 24/7 Live Technical Support team. They can check error logs, connect to the server and look at likely problem files, and get a behind the scenes look at things while we in the Support Center can only really work with public facing information. Hope that they can help narrow it down!

Hi Ronnie, Yes it's still doing it. I didn't edit the hosts file.

Hi, Rdery! Are you still experiencing this issue? The site is currently loading as expected for me. My best guess is that it was a conflict with various redirects while an SSL was loading/reinstalling. If it is still happening on your desktop when you read this, we've at least narrowed it down to being an issue on the desktop. If that's the case, do you remember editing your hosts file? That's the one thing I can think of most likely to cause this. Other possibilities include browser plugins. Hope that helps!
