Hi Doris! Are you able to login to your BoldGrid/WordPress dashboard? If this was preinstalled on your server, the login details should have been emailed to the address you used to set up your billing account with us.
If they were not, you have a few options:
1) Try logging in to WordPress using Softaculous.
2) Reset your WordPress password via email (if you can)
3) Uninstall and reinstall WordPress via Softaculous
4) Contact one of our 24/7 Live Support agents for a password reset
