I am having a terrible time getting any support from InMotion. I am struggling right not with my landing page, and there is no support. I have tried chat and telephone. No help. No one every answers. Has In Motion abandoned customer support?

Hi Cinzia, we're here! If you're having trouble getting through during peak hours, please also try submitting a verified ticket through AMP. That way someone can take a look at the issue as soon as possible!

Also, and I apologize for forgetting to mention this earlier, we did just recently switch to a new system for receiving customer phone calls and chats. If you are not receiving a response in a timely fashion, I apologize for the technical issues contributing to that. We're working on it! Please mention that in the ticket when you submit one so we can look into it from our end as well.
