The emails that log and sign is also not active.

Hello, my name is marcus and I was a client of yours. Some of the sites I had hired are no longer active and I would like to cancel hosting. My problem is that one of the emails that log and sign is also not active. I am still being charged and would like to close the account. What's the procedure? the email is [email protected] and my personal email is [email protected] (still active)
