Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
Try all variations of PHP version.
From phpinfo() page, PHP is currently at:
PHP Version 7.3.21
Searching for "Client API" or "mySQLi" yields no result. What to check for next?
