Hello Sarah, 

Thank you for your question regarding disk quotas. Depending on your hosting plan, you may need to increase the disk quota for your cPanel account via WHM, or you may need to upgrade your hosting plan to a higher tier with additional storage space. Alternatively, you can remove unnecessary data on your account to bring the account below the disk quota.
