My emails are missing from my inbox, sent items etc after about a month. I need records of my emails and I cannot afford to be missing emails. How can this be fixed? Looks like it happens in cPanel and Outlook.

If you chose a POP-3 configuration setting when setting up your email on Outlook, you can select to "Leave a copy of messages on the server" for x amount of days. After that time, those emails would then be removed from the server. I would recommend contacting our Support team to provide account-specific assistance regarding your email.
