12 Months Subscription period stated on invoice reflects July 2020 to April 2021

Dear bill department, can you help shed some light on the subscription period? Did I missed out anything or got confused?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Instead of directing customer to contact another department. Shouldn’t it be referring my case to the respective department to managed?
