Hello and thanks for contacting us. cPanel access is normally reserved for the cPanel account and/or hosting account owner(s). If you don't own the cPanel account, only a website on it, I recommend you discuss what changes you need made that may require cPanel access. If it's related to modifying files, a plugin, FTP access or a plugin may suffice. If I misunderstood anything, feel free to contact Live Support directly and share this post with them.
