Thanks for your reply. But you didn't answer my questions directly, whether the WMH/cPanel in InmostionHosting supports TLS 1.2. When I check the site you referred to me https://www.cdn77.com/tls-test I got the following result, saying "This server supports TLS 1.1."

This server does not support Forward Secrecy with the reference browsers.

This server supports TLS 1.1.
Grade will be capped to B from January 2020.

You can use the third-party sites to check InMotion servers using an existing sites. I checked an InMotion VPS and shared server and both support up to TLS 1.2. I checked using a site from Geekflare. If your site is on InMotion and does not support TLS 1.2, then you will need to contact our live technical support team to ask if you can be moved to a server that supports up to TLS 1.2. All the servers are typically updated, but not all may be on the same update schedule, so you will need to double-check. Without your account information we cannot verify the server.
