After just starting to build web page, illness halted me 16 months. Will everything be unchanged coming back?

I used FrontPage, only, from the 90's; got back into doing my web page in '19, transferring domain etc., to InMotion. My wife became gravely ill, then I did, requiring surgery and I have not come back to this until today. After some 16 months, I have forgotten virtually everything I learned, so my first question is: Can I expect my work, so far, to be unchanged? Further, I can't remember how to access the site I am re-building.  I need to get back on track. I remember that I couldn't figure out how to go from 7 layered pages site to the current shallow 2 layer pages adding high content. That and the medical issues stopped me cold. I hope nothing was terminated or timed out due to lack of activity.
