Server Not found- new website - wp tranfer from Another Host

Hi Everyone,

I register power hosting plan for 1 year yesterday, when I try to install WP from the Cpanel, it runs successfully, but the domain(free domain that I got with plan) point to nothing ( server not found page), I can't access the WP admin panel, I want to transfer my hosting website from Namecheap to Inmotion, I do not what since the WP not working, any ideas to migrate easily with no problems?

NB: my old hosting plan will end today !!

Is there any way to save my website even locally until resolving the Inmotion Problem?
