You can always use a site like Shot Sherpa to see if all visitors are blocked, or just visits originating from your IP address.
If your site uses WordPress, I would suggest you start by renaming the current .htaccess to .htaccess092020.bak (so you can review it later), then creating a new .htaccess file using the default WordPress .htaccess.
