Move website from one hosting account to another hosting account within InMotion

I have three hosting accounts (one Pro Plan & two Launch Plan) within InMotion. Both of my Launch Plan contain one website each. Since my Pro Plan allows up to 100 websites, I want to move both websites from my Launch Plans to my Pro Plan. then close out my two Launch Plans. This way I have everything under one hosting account, which would be my Pro Plan. How do I go about doing this?

Hello and thanks for contacting us regarding this.


  1. Create cPanel backups for each hosting account
  2. Contact Live Support via phone or chat
  3. Tell them exactly what you told us above
  4. Provide verification for all three accounts
  5. Specify which domain and website you want to be the primary domain for the Pro plan (if you want to change it)
  6. Ensure DNS are updated if needed
