Hello,

  I am being requested to create an STP link from my C-Panel by my SEO company.  How do I do this, and is it a safe thing to provide an unknown entity?  Also, I need to be sure this is the correct web address (www.kotaovilla.com)...

Thanks for the question about the "STP link".  I'm not sure if you're referring to FTP or SMTP.  There's also SFTP.  If you're referring to FTP (or SFTP), you can use this tutorial to help you create the link. FTP = File Transfer Protocol.  SMTP refers to email settings, and it is necessary for email.  FTP or SFTP is okay for your site, with SFTP being the more secure method.  I hope that helps to answer your question!
