How to change fonts globally on my Website? I have Child theme professionally installed which has font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,"Segoe UI", Roboto, Oxygen-Sans,Ubuntu, Cantarell,"Helvetica Neue",sans-serif; just on the front page

I bought a theme and had a professionally installed child theme. When I run the speed test I discovered that I have such a mess. So is WordPress and  Theme builder Elementor. I was learning your instructions but if I change the font in customizer will it change in Elementor as well and anyplace else? I know about CSS nothing but can follow instructions. I'm from the prehistoric era.

See Font-family I have now: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; just on the front page, completely crazy.
