Need NEW CSR For Replacement Certificate
When requesting a CSR for southtech-tutorials.com, we are getting the same CSR as the previous request, which means the private key will not have changed, which is not acceptable from a security perspective. For our FedRAMP certification, we need the private key to be changed every time we replace the SSL certificate. We need to be able to generate a NEW CSR (and private key).

Sorry for the issue with your CSR being the same. The best way to get around this is generate the key yourself in WHM. In the Private Key option section it says that it is generating a new private key. You can see how to do this in this tutorial: How to Create a CSR and Install an SSL Certificate in WHM.
If this continues to be a problem, then I suggest you submit a ticket to our live technical support team. Make sure to explain how you are generating the private key so that they can see why it is not changing.
