Webmail Search not working since Migration

Recently my hosting was migrated to a new server after reaching EOL the old one. Since then, my Webmail Search does not find older emails. I've been doing some research and apparently the following UAPI command should help:

uapi --user=username Email fts_rescan_mailbox account=username%40example.com

Unfortunately, when I try to run over the terminal on my cpanel it fails (as requires root, I think).

Is there a way to trigger the rescan of the mailbox so I can continue using the required search function?
