adding new email address
I have set-up a new email account for a new hire, but they have received the introductory email that allows them to set-up their password and activate their account. I also tried up the account with a password, but attempted webmail log-in said log-in was invalid.
Hello and thanks for contacting us. Please ensure the email account isn't suspended in cPanel > Email Accounts. Also, you can reset the password for them in cPanel, then tell them to login and change it using Webmail. Without further info on the error to replicate the steps, I'll have to recommend you contact Live Support.
