I want to transfer my domain away from InMotion Hosting to a different hosting service.
I don't see a way to perform this in your AMP info.
So do you do this for me? Or can you send me a link where I can fill this in myself?

What is the process to transfer my domain from inmotion hosting
I had a chat with one of the support personnel yesterday about being unable to install tine2.0. I was told it was being looked into and I promised to leave it for 6 hours. 24 hours in I still can't install tine and worse I cannot install pydio.
Before signing up I was told by InMotion sales team that InMotion was fantastic. Clearly it is not.
Please let me know how you will release my domain name as I will have to move web host providers.

If you want to transfer your domain registration to another registrar, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Service department and request that the domain be released. They will provide you with a release code which you can use to transfer the domain registration to another registrar.
Please keep in mind that you should always transfer the domain at least two weeks before the registration is due to renew-- domain registrations can sometimes take longer than you may expect; you don't want to lose your domain by trying to transfer it the day before its renewal.

To transfer your domain elsewhere, you will just need the authorization code to provide to your new registrar. This is obtained when we release the domain to you so that you are a direct customer of our registrar, Melbourne IT.
