Our domain “cts.mx” is on the blacklist becuase the IP address is 23.235.206.41
Could you help us to indicate why our domain is using your IP address?

You'll need to verify account ownership when you contact support, though. Until then, you can use a public blacklist checker tool to get more information from publicly available data.
