Compile LaTeX with Tex Live

I want to host a website which I will create with react. I want to create a pdf by compiling LaTeX code (with Tex Live) and make it available as download for the user, if the user clicks on a certain button of a form. Is it possible to compile LaTeX code on these servers? Which product do I have to choose?

You could use a cPanel VPS or Cloud Server (Cloud VPS) Hosting plan.
