If you cannot send or receive email from a mail client like Outlook, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird, please try logging into your mail via webmail. This will help you narrow down the issue.
If you can log in to the webmail, you can try re-entering the mail client setup information. If that does not work-- or if you cannot access your webmail at all-- I would suggest getting in touch with our 24/7 Technical Support team.
