REVERSE CHARGES TO MY VISA ACCOUNT
Received a email from you wanting my VISA card number will I dont have it as I have been issued with a new VISA card.I was told by Chris Hu one of your workers that it would take up 3 to 5 days for the charges to go through but this has not happeneed what is the hold up cannot be covid 19 as I see you are working.The charges are US $17.99 I want the charges reversed but as I said my old card has been deleted so I am notable to give my old card las t 4 didgits.You can still forward the payments to VISA and they will reverse the charges ok.
