How come WebPro is not letting me add a new client

Thanks for getting in touch with us! You should be able to add clients in WebPro by linking their accounts or adding new ones. There can be a brief 'pending' period, but that should not take long. If you're following all of the usual steps to add a client and still running into trouble, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support team as there may be a technical issue that needs to be resolved.
