Hi, there - my SSL company says I need to create a new CSR to renew my SSL. When I go to create one in InMotion, it says one already exists. How can I delete the old CSR so I can get a new one? Thank you!

CSR GENERATION

"Your request has been submitted for processing. You will receive your CSR shortly via email." How long does this usually take?

If you're running in to trouble, make sure you are logging in to your AMP and generating a CSR from there. That should allow you to generate a new one, even if one previously existed. 


If you're running into that 'already exists' message in the AMP, there may be something else going on preventing the creation of a new CSR. I would suggest contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team directly so that they can review the CSR generation and make sure that there is not another issue affecting your AMP.
