How many SMS alerts can i send via php send mail to my opt-in list per day?

I am putting together php script that uses send mail to send SMS messaged to my followers who opt-in for the SMS alerts. Wanted to know if there are limits as to how many i can send per day?

Hello, 

Thank you for your question regarding message limits. On our Shared Servers, there is a limit of 250 message per hour. If you are on a VPS or Dedicated Server, this value can be customized.
