Getting Action: Failed when sending emails

Hello,

Have a vendor that when he sends emails to us he gets the following:

Reporting-MTA: dns; vps#####.inmotionhosting.com

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;<user>@<domain>.com
Status: 5.0.0

Why would this be happening?
