I transferred my domain weeks ago, received email confirmation so why hasn't it transferred yet?
I received an email after the transfer that said it was successful, but
it has remained at the previous web hosting account and it has been
several weeks.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

After the domain is transferred, you may still need to update the nameservers in Account Management Panel (AMP).
