Lost Bolgrid Ability to update webpages

Hi, This evening, the links to the far right of my PC screen that allow me to change and update webpages disapeared.

Also, the "speedometer" at the far left top next to the home house is no longer there.

Doesn't matter if I long in through the first option or the Admin Man option - the options stay missing

Any suggestions other than waiting to see if the options return tomorrow?
