Dear Sir,
We recently came to know that 2 of our 3 website hosted has empty folders without files.
Can I have exact time and log when the files has been deleted.
Also need to know that if I can have the backup of those if inmotionhosting has stored in their local harddrive.

Can't get thru on phone to verify a new account you sent me an email and said to call but no one picks up, on hold
I have successfully set up a fresh WordPress blog. But the same not able to access in the browser.

I am having issues with ngnix. I cannot start ngnix, when I use the command ngutil restart I get error

Today i spent 90% of my day on the phone just like i am right now going on 46 mins waiting for the one employee working at clockedoutmotion to clock back in from break.... Is there anyone out there? for paying for the 3000 level server you think they would care. NOPE!!! Bluehost right away with the chats and calls.

Guys, this is very disappointing. One of the top links in Google brought me to this link: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/community-support/website/how-can-i-view-submitted-support-tickets. It was not inspiring to see that the problem existed 6 years ago. It's even more disappointing to see a promised solution 5 years ago has still not materialized.
This *should be* embarrassing to someone. Please fix it.
We understand your frustration. Since then we've prioritized other improvements but still plan to add this feature. We understand its importance regarding transparent communication with our customers. I've inquired about its progress and we'll be sure to let everyone know once we do this.

Thanks for submitting a question about viewing support tickets. At the moment, there is no way to view a support ticket in progress but rest assured it's in queue and being handled by support technicians. You'll receive a reply as soon as a technician has had enough time to review the issue and provide feedback.
where I can enter to raise a help ticket. the systems person left and did not give us any access where to ask. I have some doubts regarding my hosting service especially with the email part we are having many problems, I have
