I can't reach Live Support via phone.
Hi. I have purchased a hosting and it's been a year almost but from yesterday the websites which are on my hosting are not opening.

We received an email stating that our website hosting needs to be renewed today. My receipt states that it isn't due until July 2020.

We recently came to know that 2 of our 3 website hosted has empty folders without files.
Can I have exact time and log when the files has been deleted.
Also need to know that if I can have the backup of those if inmotionhosting has stored in their local harddrive.

Can't get thru on phone to verify a new account

Can't get thru on phone to verify a new account you sent me an email and said to call but no one picks up, on hold

I am having issues with ngnix.  I cannot start ngnix, when I use the command ngutil restart I get error


root@vps----- [/etc/nginx]# ngxutil restart
ERROR: Failed to read Telegraf config. Aborting InfluxDB query.
WARNING: Failed to retrieve data from InfluxDB. Aborting. Use --noflux to force logparse input.

When I contacted Support through chat, I get a ridiculous answer.

How Do I Contact Technical Support About Email Issues?

Cannot send/recv emails. please initiate another chat or call me.

No support... EVER!!!

Today i spent 90% of my day on the phone just like i am right now going on 46 mins waiting for the one employee working at clockedoutmotion to clock back in from break.... Is there anyone out there? for paying for the 3000 level server you think they would care. NOPE!!! Bluehost right away with the chats and calls.

Hi, Sid! Sorry to hear that you ran into trouble. I edited the message to remove your personal VPS information and the chatlogs, for the sake of your privacy and our agent's. I think I see the problem-- it looks like the agents thought that your problem was with restarting NGINX, not a problem with the NGINXUTIL specifically. If you want to get back in touch with our 24/7 Support Team and mention that you're specifically trying to troubleshoot NGINXUTIL, I think we'll be able to focus on the issue for you. For this particular situation I would suggest submitting a verified ticket instead of asking in a chat, so that the agents have more time to review the specific issue.

We understand your frustration. Since then we've prioritized other improvements but still plan to add this feature. We understand its importance regarding transparent communication with our customers. I've inquired about its progress and we'll be sure to let everyone know once we do this.

Thanks for submitting a question about viewing support tickets. At the moment, there is no way to view a support ticket in progress but rest assured it's in queue and being handled by support technicians. You'll receive a reply as soon as a technician has had enough time to review the issue and provide feedback.
