Automatically renewing
How can I stop Automatically renewing of domain and hosting?
I'm not sure we will continue working with the site, but the domain account was debited automatically two weeks before the expired date. The Renewal Date stated in My Subscriptions was 01/22/22, but the money for that service was taken 01/08/22. We were not ready for that. We want to make such decisions ourselves.

Sorry for the issues with the billing renewal date. First, in terms of your subscriptions, you can log into the Account Management Panel and change the renewal period. If you wish to terminate services, or have issues with billing such as the one you are describing, then you will need to contact our Customer Service (Billing) team. We do not have any control over billing periods or the issuance of refunds through the Support Center website.
