Error (800CCC0F-0-0-560) on outlook 365

When I synchronize a domain account, the sent folder does not show me all the emails, it only shows me emails from 2019 to 2020, 2021 does not show me emails but 2022 does show them, this error only happens with outlook 365 version 2112
