new web site

Hi,  Joined inmotion over a month ago, I have connected multiple times either online or by phone so I could get myself started with my new web page and domain registry. Turns out the queue line is never below 50 ++, but to get hung up on as you approach my turn after I waited all this time, is really maddening.  What does it take to get your attention?

Sincerest apologies for the issues with your efforts in trying to reach tech support staff by phone.  The team that monitors the Support Center are not the same group as the live support team, but if you had left us information on your account, then we could have passed the issue over to a manager to have them investigate the issues of not getting in contact with our support team by phone, and they could also arrange for a tech support team member to reach out to you.

You do also have the options of chat and ticket support (via email). Any issue that you want to share with us in the Support Center is public domain. We can also provide solutions for website/hosting issues that you may need assistance with.
