I wanted to switch one of my sites created in DW some years ago to a WordPress site. I installed WP on the site, started creating the pages. I ran into an error. Some pgs were no longer working. I uninstalled WP, and now NONE of my other sites are working

I DO see my files in the File Manager, but I'm not sure what I did to wreck ALL my sites by installing and uninstalling WordPress (if I did)... 
Can anyone shed any light on where to start looking to fix this?
