I'm revamping my current site since I've closed that business. I know that site builder is no longer supported. Do I need to talk to support to convert to a WP site? Or are there instructions in talking the existing site down and replacing with a WP site?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thanks for checking in with us! For the sake of your privacy, I did remove your specific domain from your comment after I took a look at the site.

We have an article on the Premium Website Builder's End-of-Life that offers some advice on where you can move from here. Since it's such a big jump from the premium website builder site structure to a new website when it comes to back end software, I would suggest saving a plain-text copy of any site content you want to move, move that old content to a subdomain, and then create a fresh installation of BoldGrid!
