prestashop 1 Click upgrade

I upgraded from 1.7.7 to 1.7.8.  The upgrade worked but did not shhow product images.  So I hit the application stating backup.  Now I can not login and store shows 500 error.  Any suggestions?

Hi Tom, sorry to hear that you ran into trouble upgrading Prestashop. Which specific backup are you referring to? Was this a cPanel backup, our Backup Manager, a manually created Prestashop backup, or something within Prestashop itself? 

Further question, do you have your own copy of your site backups available that you can restore from? 

I'd also suggest checking the PHP version of the site, along with the configuration file and making sure the listed database password matches the database password in cPanel. Hope those help, but if not please provide a bit more info on the backup and we'll do what we can to assist!
