PHP script changes take time to be served to client

When making and uploading changes to php script files, these can take up to a minute to be served to the client browser.

This delay is making debugging code during development very difficult.

Caching has been disabled in cPanel with a number of different configurations being tried.

Any ideas or solutions to this delay in applying php script changes on the server side would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about a PHP script taking time before it can be served to the client browser. Is there possibly a cache setting in the client browser? As a test, try using a different browser or a private (incognito) browser session. I hope this helps.
