I have not been able to send or receive emails from Apple Mail for the past 24 hours.

While I can't access customer data and check your specific server, there are a few issues that commonly cause this. Because you mentioned Apple Mail specifically, that narrows it down.

Apple Mail has a usually helpful feature-- it will keep trying to log you in to something after a failed login attempt. The problem is, if there is an error somewhere along the line, Apple Mail never gives up. This can accidentally set off some security systems and temporarily block access.

So, the first thing we need to do is see if this is an overactive security system, or just an issue with the mail client.

Please try logging in to your cPanel, logging into your webmail, and just visiting your site. If those are blocked, incorrect login information is probably the cause. You would need to check things like your passwords for all of the emails on your mail clients and make sure they are up to date. That usually solves it, but you may need to check the error logs with the help of our 24/7 Technical Support team. They can help you out directly if you need further assistance!

Now, if you are able to log into your webmail, try sending an email! If that works, it's likely that the only problem is the mail client itself. From there you would need to check the mail client configuration details
