Constant Mailer Daemons
I have a reseller account and have spent all week responding to emails from my InMotion-hosted clients about their emails not going through. It is a combination of mailer daemons about being blocked, to emails being held for 72 hours. What is going on!? I have checked that all their SPF and DKIM records are up to date. I see it here and there and it normally clears up after a day or so, but this has been a large number of people for about a week or two. Help!

Sorry for the issues with your email being blocked or delayed. If the email is being delayed, this is a technique known as Graymail. It is used to combat Spam. You should submit a support ticket explaining the issue. The problem may stem from IP addresses used for the mail server being blocked. Only the live support staff can work on getting any blacklisted IPs released.
