Hello,

Sorry for the issues with your email.  It is possible that your email is being delayed on purpose- this practice is known as greylisting. It's used to combat spam.  My recommendation is to submit a ticket to our live technical support team.  They can take a look at your server and check to see if there are any ongoing issues that could cause your emails to be delayed.  Make sure to include the bounce that you have provided here.
