WordPress sites regularly reported as down by Jetpack, loads slow when back online
Been seeing WordPress Jetpack notification of continued site outages for the past 24 hours. When the sites finally load, everything loads very slow.
This happened a couple weeks ago for a few days.
I am a new customer and have never seen so many issues in such a short time with a web hosting service. I am starting to regret my decision to go with InMotion.
Please explain the outages and the slow page loading. Otherwise I may need to cancel and ask for a refund. The uptime is not as promised on your site.
Well, I checked them manually after receiving the notification emails, and my sites were indeed not loading, and then loading excruciatingly slow once they did start loading. So it's not an issue with the downtime checkers. I verified it with an actual site visit.
Apologies for the continuing issues with your site. If the problems with loading the website continue, then you will need to contact our live technical support team. They can assess the site and determine the issue with the server. We would need more information from you in regards to the domain name of the site(s) in question in order to investigate issue from the perspective of the Support Center website team. The live tech support team would be able to assist immediately.
