Vps bought but not deliver

Hello, i bought a VPS and get this: We are now setting up your new R-1000N! Setup only takes a few moments. Your server controls will be available here once setup has completed. In the meantime, feel free to get started with any of our guides in our Support Center.  

Note that they said few moments but its like 11h ago. Can you help please?

Hello,

Apologies for the problem with your VPS setup.  I recommend contacting your salesperson (if you had a direct contact) or the live technical support team. They will be able to access your account and give you a direct answer as to the status of your VPS setup.
