Changes to website not rendering

I replaced a page of my website (a one page homepage) by uploading it in File Manager, but the new page with its changes does not appear publicly. I've cleared my cache - used browsers that have never been to that page. Nothing seems to render the new page. I've confirmed that the right page had been loaded. Thoughts on what I am missing?

Hello!

This can sometimes happen if there's a different filename. For example, if it's an HTML page, it should be "index.html." but if you're overwriting an index.php page, you'll need to either rename or delete the php file. Additionally, if you have cPanel's Cache Manager, you'll want to clear that as well and we have information on that at https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/cpanel/cache-manager-cpanel/

If the issue persists, you may want to reach out to our Support team directly by phone, chat or email.
