Multiple problems

I'm having multiple problems with my roundcube.

1. people don't receive my mail but maybe half the time. I will email people and sometimes it goes to their spam sometimes they don't even receive it. I've looked myself in their accounts and cant find emails that on my end said to have been sent. Becoming very frustrating because I have to resend files to people over and over . Some times I have to have them email me and I then respond. 

2. My account wont stay logged in. every time I preform an action I have to re log back in. generally 30 times a day.
