Nemesis ESMTP Service not available

Howdy,

I'm getting the above from a few emails. Checked through your help section and it seems to be "tell us the email address you're sending to", so

<a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>
[email protected]

I'm also getting
 550 "The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery."
from
[email protected]
FYI didn't have these problems before. Did I set something incorrectly?
